Hulk

Marvel in their hierarchy classed Colossus as level 6 and Hulk as level 7. Hence Hulk is overall superior. But Colossus has already won against the Hulk if that's what you're asking, Colossus was a teenager at that time aswell which makes the win even more impressive.

I can give you a somewhat quick run down of abilities. Colossus: a steel-like metal (much stronger than actual steel) that covers his body - I have read some discussions on if his metal is actually brought from another universe and he kinda switches out his flesh for the metal. He doesn't need to eat, breathe, sleep, or consume water in that state. The longest he has been metal for was I think 11 days. He is pretty strong, unsure how strong but he has held his own against Hulk for a little bit. Mad monk (the OG Rasputin): He was created after the real guy. Magic was his main ability (I think there are talks about if he had some healing factor cause of all the attempts on his life.) That's really it about him. Just a really strong magic user who carried the x gene. Mikhail Rasputin: His ability is a little more complicated. So when you look him up, it basically states he can manipulate matter on a subatomic level - so actually being really similar to Scarlet Witches abilities of matter manipulation. He can also shoot energy beams and teleport to different dimensions. In the recent X-Force comics they expanded more on his abilities and that's where it gets a bit more complicated, something about how he can create his own dimensions in-between matter. I have the screenshots that explain it much better than me. He is considered an Alpha level mutant. Illyana (Magik): He mutant power is literally just teleportation using a stepping disc which can have teleport vast distances - I think across plants or dimensions, but she was taught to use magic by Belasco - of course cause the family magic history by the mad monk, magic connection. She is not a strong mutant in terms of power, she is strong in terms of magical abilities. The Rasputin family is actually really strong/powerful especially in terms of manipulation and magic.
