How could you ignore my neighborhood, Piper Glen Estates? We are within Charlotte’s city limits. Homes are definitely valued at more than some of these neighborhoods (i.e. Chantilly) you mentioned. For example, my home is valued at over $1.4 million according to Zillow. Do more research. Smh…

Hi Kevin, I actaully did run the numbers for Piper Glen from the MLS and the average home price was $502K as of May. I was surprised by that as well! My neighborhood has had multiple home sell over $1.1M but the average price is still in the $500's so it can be deceiving sometimes until you look at everything as a whole.

because all 9 of these neighboroods are more expensive then piper glen estates its too far away from charlotte to be that expensive. Hell soon West Charlotte will be more expensive than piper glen.

@@charlesgale4257 Yep, you might be right. One correction. Piper Glen is not “far away” from Charlotte. It’s “in” Charlotte.
