I personally think it was the work of the cartel and not a single individual. Most Hispanic sex workers are forced into that line of work by the cartel in exchange for being trafficked into the United States. If they don't pay back the cartel an exorbitant sum of money, the cartel goes after them to make an example of them to the other girls they bring into the country. Everything about that case screams cartel to me.

404 : Murder Not found The Smiley Face case isn't an active serial killer.
@alphooeyАй бұрын
There’s smiley faces everywhere 😊
@playboyfan001Ай бұрын
Yeah it likely never was. I saw another video that was more in depth and focused entirely on the smiley face drownings. its organized crime. Theyre spiking drinks and using it to rob people. They've arrested two women who were involved (they caught them with a victims belongings), they were Hispanic and out of state. The hospitals nearby also know that people are getting drugged with a very specific drug at bars that can very easily go undetected if not tested quick enough. No mention of this officially tho, it would prob cripple the cities economy and cause mass panic at the thought that something very insidious is occurring.

The number of active serial killers in the US alone is actually staggering. Even more horrifying is that most never get caught. That’s just the good ole US of A. Think of around the world where police investigations and forensic investigations are less advanced than those in the US or countries like the UK and others in Europe.

They kinda are because they can still kill at any minute
@SSheezCraftyАй бұрын
@@katara107 kinda ? Either is or isn't and it's not! The CASE may be active, but serial killers follow a distinctive routine and time pattern, and don't usually stop for years unless they die or go to prison for something else so if years go by, they are not going to kill at any time It used to mean in the 80s that they could be active in another part of the country, but there are databases now that track unresolved serial murders across the country and they can identify the patterns etc so again, if they stop, they are Not active
@katara107Ай бұрын

The River City Ripper could be someone in the military from Camp Robinson. The crime sprees didn't last long and they were far apart.
