Hi doc, I'm 40 years old had 1x Mis carriage 1x Suspected miscarriage 🤔 When I was in my early 20s was in a 10 year relationship then and am now been in a going on 7 years.. My partner is 39 has no children, had some tests done last year & checked out fine. Over the years I've had a majority of tests an just last year an HSG, ultrasound ect and checked out fine.. My weight when we first met was at 67kgs where it was for atleast the first 5 years of our relationship in my younger days and we've never used protection.. Now I'm sitting at a whopping 96kgs but and all they can say is drop weight but I've never been able to get pregnant even prior to the weight gain.. While I will endeavor to execute my weight and observe and direct everything you've taught to date.. Do you have any other suggestions that may help?

My biggest challenge was not been able to get a diagnosis for long,i have endometriosis The advocate part i really learn alot about ,most Dr.s in Nigeria dont give patience the opportunity to communicate, they act as if their way is the only option ,there is no psychological support

Thanks very much for all you dicussed on preparing for a successful IVF. If one wants to use her eggs and not a donor eggs even when one is over 50, what would you advice

First, be encouraged ladies. Dr. I had bilateral hydrosalpix, the remove one fallopian tube and tie the other, i also have fibroids which the doctor indicated needs to be removed. Some other issues of concern: 1. HbA1C 2. I have to do a test to rule out beta thalassemia. Since they found I had anaemia which was corrected with supplements. I have started on the IVF journey which requires a lot of tests. My concern is managing the stress that comes with the process.

I did one this year in January and it failed. My mom helped with the money. I wasn't ready for the ivf yet because I had just healed my years long of high prolactin. I was practically forced to do it. It was like I knew my body still needed more help and welp the ivf was unsuccessful. 😢

Hello Dr. Marc,. I have a 39 × 29mm subserosal *fibroid (on the posterior wall of uterus). My Vitamin D level was 7 last month and stress levels remained high. Kindly let me know: 1. Would you suggest removing it via surgery before getting pregnant? 2. How long can I wait and try natural ways (exercise and diet) to shrink the fibroid? *The fibroid caused a persistent filling defect on right side in the uterine cavity as shown in HSG. I also have a 9 mm polyp and blocked right fallopian (because of polyp/fibroid may be) for which I will be undergoing laparoscopic surgery and one hydrosalpinx as well 🙁.

Doctor, I had 2 rounds of IVF- i am 37, AMH 1.1, FSH- 8. First cycle gave me 11 mature eggs. During the second one I Had 8 growing follicles, but we got only 1 mature egg out of them. Is that normal? Can i somehow prevent it from happening again? We used exactly the same protocol as we did in cycle 1 and I waited 3 months between the cycles.

Hello Dr, completed 44 in April with 3 ivf for egg pooling, one diagnosed anueploid, one noninformative embryo. Accupuncture Dr is suggesting electic stimulated accupuncture , three times a week for 1 to 2 months to improve egg quality. After a gap of 2 months to take supplements considering to go for ivf next month. 1.Pls suggest if 3 sessions is too much stimulation? Thinking to go for natural cycle pickup to reduce chemical. 2. can we try naturally ? 3. How long should I take accupuncture & how often? 4. Supplements could u suggest if I can increase quantity of any Coq10 - 300mg per day Dhea Sr 50mg Ir 25 mg Vit d3 60,000 is per week Folic acid 1.5 mg per day Well woman supplement. I was told that my AMH and FSH was high in lab work and that this is contradictory. Why is this? I’ve recently read a little on hypoadrogenic PCOS. What kinds of tests would need to be done to confirm this as a diagnosis?

My regular acupuncturist is treating me … he’s had several women conceive but I don’t think he’s on that site. Should that still be okay? He’s treated my mom for stuff too. I need to improve lifestyle for sure. I sleep 7-9 hours a night so good there. But need to manage stress too

Hello Doctor, thankyou for your helpful videos. My fertility doctor completed all the pre-req tests. Everything looked fine. But my first IUI was not successful. She did not even tell me why it happened. I took clomid. Now she told me to go for second IUI with the same treatment plan. My gut tells me there is something not right with the thickness of endometrial lining. Should I change the medication? can you please guide me? I completely lost hope. Now i’m thinking of going for IVF as the last option. ☹️

I would not take dhea without Check, it is hormon, omega3 and d vitamin i think we can take, as far as i know, d vitamin should be min 60 if we wish Baby.

Hi Dr. Marc. I am 52 yo. My partner(44yo) and I planning to have a baby. I am yet to see the fertility specialist. My period still regular, had AMH done last week with 2.2 result. I am fairly healthy (52kg, 156cm), never drink nor smoke. However, I was diagnosed with fibroids 7yrs ago, but no symptoms eversince. What are my chances in conceiving? Thank you, from downunder....

Higher than normal AMH might indicate PCOS, so low carb and certain supp might be helpful.

I was told I have dor. I am 30 years old and my amh is 1.0. I am having late or almost 2 - 3 months of missed periods. I did my first IVF and they retrieved 2 out of 1. It didn't divide and it was unsuccessful. My doctor recommended another try of Ivf or MVI. I am glad to hear but also what if it gets unsuccessful too and the doctor gives up. Another disappointment! It is been not easy. Been trying for almost 3 years now. I am trying not to get stressed out but in the back of my head, I feel sad and miserable. I have hope I can get pregnant but at the same time, I am losing hope too...... What shall I do doctor? I need help.

I had unsuccessful IVF as well due to low egg quality. I bought it all starts with the egg and I already feel better. Highly recommend buying her book.

I did done twice IVF transplant both time was unsuccessful (( got weight from 59 kg become 78 kg ((( both side tubes are blocked that's why went for IVF now after twice trying lost my hope ((((

I had the same AMH and it is improved to 0.38 now by taking D3 and having healthier diet but I have not started any treatment yet .Good luck. Please keep us posted.🙏❤️
