The biggest improvement that needs to be made is with the footwork. Footwork in boxing is much more precise and fighters are much more sturdy / in control. For example, no matter what direction you move, one foot goes first, followed by the next foot, and both steps are to be of equal distance. You could make the game much more linear and sturdy when it comes to the footwork and then incorporate a function to allow players to engage in grappling when the fighters get too close that sort of "locks them in" until one of the fighters breaks. Excited for a boxing game and it's great to have a group working on it that is so determined to make improvements!

i was a little disappointed when i first saw some gameplay in the shorts videos, but this shows you have already improved massively and come a long way. now i can't wait.

I hope that you can remap buttons because I feel it would make a lot more sense for the loose footwork to be on the left stick so you can seamlessly enter and exit while maintaining movement

The animation blending seems to be smoother. Awesome work! Hopefully they are still working on punching while slipping, weaving, crouching, rather than having to reset in the standard upright position to throw. That is still a big deal to me. Also I hope they are still working on the advanced clinch system.

i feel whats really missing is the thud feeling after landing a clean punch, it looks like every punch is doing zero damage. I dont know how to explain it properly

The improvements are nice and i hope it continues. In the long run, i hope many big name boxers have their own style and you can feel you play the boxer rather than just playing the same thing but different characters. Fingers crossed.

Game is looking great! Can you guys possibly make a vid in the future showing off the Create A Boxer feature in the game ? I'm very interested to see what thats gonna be like. To see all the different options of customization the player will have in creating their fighter from facial look, body types, hair styles, different boxing gear to choose from. etc.

Im excited to play it tomorrow ! The improvements look great. One thing I would say needs tweeting is the physics of them falling down and when they get the win/ get their hand raised. It kind of looks like they are in trouble and surprised they get the win even if they win by KO

Awesome, sounds just like we wanted and expected! Could you add in some animations at the end of the fight where the fighters both respect each other? It's something that's lacking in games and you see often in real fights, when the fight is over, they bump fists hug and/or talk to congratulate each other

This game has the potential to be a good eSport, it's not like a typical fighting game, but it has so many mechanics that I think the skill ceiling will be very high when played competitvely at tournaments.

BIG BIG TIP: They need to make knockdowns & knockouts MORE DRAMATIC…. For example exciting fighter reactions when you knock down your opponent - to go the extra mile unique fighter celebrations to knocking down or knocking out your opponent! If you pay attention, when you knock your opponent down in the gameplay your fighter is just in the normal game motion…. They need to add some exciting reactions, like Wilder when he knocks down his opponents or Dillian Whyte reaction when he knocked down some of his opponents + different DRAMATIC cut scene camera angles This will make knockdowns look more exciting

I love it i just wonder if You can Change button binds/settings And also If the stamina bars can be nerfed a bit it kinda seems like they can throw 15 punch combos and recover to throw another 15 punch combo

looking better, but the knockdowns are hilariously too slow. feels like your knocking someone down in slow motion. think that takes away the satisfaction of getting a knockdown. I feel like if you hit someone with a hard enough punch it should be lights out and their knees should immediate give out and their body should drop. Instead there's a slow awkward animation and it seems as if the person who got hit doesn't even know if they should go down or not.

Add some Filipino boxers like Pacquiao, Casimero, Donaire, and Magsayo.

How tf does slipping effect your cardio ??????

After playing Undisputed for three days, I went back to Fight Night Champion and the controls felt foreign to me. This control layout feels great and is the most logical next step from previous boxing games. You're only missing pivots, clinches, and fouls, although I did see a loading screen tip mentioning fouls so surely they'll be in the final product. The biggest problem I'm having during the beta test is losing connection right after the first round in nearly every match. My internet isn't the greatest, but it's fast enough to play any other online game in my Steam library, so I'm guessing it's a server issue. Also, when my opponent constantly steps to their left or right, the background spins like a carnival ride. Broadcast camera angle will probably fix this, but it seems like the boxers are a little too fast on their feet. The left joystick has to be moved very lightly to get the most realistic looking movement. Otherwise, the boxer bolts across the ring. The only thing I have left to nitpick is the idle animations during character select. In my opinion, if the boxers are going to share animations, a subtle breathing animation or simply a still picture would look better. I know that the beta was for testing online server capability, but I hope we get some offline content soon. I can't wait to create a custom boxer and play through career mode against AI. Keep up the great work! Boxing fans have been waiting over a decade for a game like this.

THIS IS THE GAME WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!!! I’m definitely playing this on the daily when its out. On my steam deck during this second beta I’m getting 8 frames per second but I could still play. First beta I couldn’t due to the high ping . So it’s getting better 👏🏾 I like it a lot

Thank you Fanatico, this is exactly what I was saying a company needs to do! - - *ASK THEM TO LET YOU CONTINUE DOING THESE!!* -- Devs put all this awesome stuff and mechanics in their games, and then never show people how to use it, or that it's even there, which has always baffled me! Maybe post launch or something, you guys could put together some "styles" videos that showcase how this stuff can blend into different playstyles, and how styles make fights. For example, + [Showcase #1]: *Counter-Puncher.* Showcase Roy Jones using the slip and weave mechanics to "make them miss and make them pay". 6:41 - 6:56 in this video was beautiful! + [Showcase #2]: *Pressure Fighter.* Showcase Mickey Ward using a blend of the directional blocking to tank his opponents shots, and loose footwork to chase them down when they run after throwing their combo, staying glued to their opponent to smother their punches and land inside shots. + [Showcase #3]: *Dancer.* Showcase Ali using a lot of loose footwork movement (mechanic) to "stay on the bike" and encircle opponents while throwing pick-off shots. + [Showcase #4]: *Power Puncher.* Showcase Marciano and Wilder using the power punch modifier very often, in a style where they stalk their opponents staying juuust out of range, while slowly cutting off the ring and watching movement tendencies. Then, once their opponent runs out of room, they throw a few punishing bombs (body too!), some catching the opponent as they try to slip out and get away with little & predictable space to do so. And so on!

We've waited so long for a boxing game please perfect this craft 🙏🏽

I used the sticks in the last beta, I think I have to forget that, seems like it's harder to do. Maybe should mention which is most commonly preferred. Also, the new game isn't ideal for searching, type "undisputed" in KZfaq and this channel doesn't even come up. ESBC at least meant you'd find the game straight away because it was unique

I'm a huge advocate for the directional/ moving and power punches 1:02, 2:36 .They're the best animations in this game. 6:23 *wow! that's just like Roy. That straight!* 6:29 Wow! this body upper 5:30 Regarding animations, I think a lot of them look good but range is key. *Combos involving uppers and hooks look better upclose.* 1:40, 6:36 - 6:50 *Animations could be improved but if you focus on being clean, the fight will look clean. Some just look bad, like the standing still jabs and straights in the last beta.* The weave doesn't have as much range but it looks smoother than Fight Night Champion's. I also love How Roy can double up fast left hooks like irl 1:43 . Gatti and Ward's stepping animations need improvements or get scrapped. *I hope you just leave in the good animations because the 2 female boxers had good looking steps* . Jones side step didn't look great either 6:22 . It looks like he's sliding. Just giving feedback I loved the Beta overall. Thanks 🙏
