Will the milk paint crackle even after it is dry ?

That’s a good question. Milk Paint is sooo unique … I never get the same effect. But I will say I have let milk paint air dry for 30 minutes then blast with my heat gun and got some amazing crackle before. Again, it doesn’t always happen (and sometimes I have had all the paint chip off 🤦🏻‍♀️). I am definitely not a pro with milk paint.

Buy a bigger paint brush.

I have brushes in several sizes. I tend to prefer the smaller brushes so I have more control of the strokes and the amount of paint. Was there a specific project you were referring to?
