INDU SINGH , 3 came because of 3 variable x,y,z for more see Laplacian operator , as it used summation for represent ing all 3 variables but just showing and solve with showing only x variables and it's coefficients, but when times comes to remove summation, we multiply it with 3 because it's basically contains 3 variables
