I am just starting week 5 and today Nov 22nd 2023 I had no pain, for the first time. I am overjoyed. I've had both knees replaced here in Dublin, Ireland and I have no regrets. You look to be doing well too, good on ya. Great vid.

I’m at ten and half weeks post TKR. I’m doing quite well. Walking about 2 1/2 miles regularly. My knee is still stiff and feels like there’s a band of steel round it but that is gradually reducing in pressure. I do lots of exercises and use a walking machine and rowing machine too. I’m also driving. I played golf weekly and can’t wait until I’m confident enough to start up again. Thanks for your post it is encouraging and from someone who has actually had this operation which is far better than those who give advice but have never actually experienced it.

I relied more on your videos than the others that are posted - they seem to be pretty fake in terms of the patients being in great moods, moving great and so on....I just want to thank you for the "real" knee replacement adventure. I had my right knee down 4 weeks ago and am using your videos for encouragement! They are great therapies! Thank you for posting these-

I’m seven weeks post surgery and feel that I’m doing great. At 0 and 130 on flexibility. I think a lot of my success is due to two months of PT prior to surgery which my surgeon recommended and provided a script so that Medicare would cover the cost. Pain is now minimal and not requiring any medication at all. A comment about your need to do both knees and your hip as well. My wife went through the same thing several years ago. Doctors recently diagnosed the real reason she had circulatory issues and bone deterioration as well as thyroid failure. She was diagnosed with lupus.

How long before you can do stuff I kind of sad I feel my summer w daughter will be null because surgery 6/12
