how much time did u train the basics ? i just began this year but im stuck with basics i can do 10 pull ups for example but i cant do muscle ups for reps .... i can do 50 push ups but i cant do handstand push ups for reps .. at this stage i dont know what to do

You are trying to progress too fast I believe. Continue doing pull ups, and try doing them explosively, to the nipples. After this it might be easier to learn the muscle up. For handstand push ups, do pike push ups first, then elevated, then handstand push up. Good luck 💪

The Goal is to get atleast 40 Dips, 50 Push ups and 20 pull ups, If you reached that Level, then start doing calisthenics statics Like Front lever and planche and hanstand and Always make Sure to get Rest days
