God doesn’t want us hurting but He does allow awful things to happen. But He is always there to pick up the pieces and console us. He’s such a comfort to me. We have a much better life coming soon if we just believe in Him. ❤️🙏🏻

@@cyanidesidesalad true. Means what they testify is hearsay. However, it may be an exception to admit their testimony into evidence bc those were taken right after the incident. Mother may use the abuse she suffered and the kids without parents as a mitigating factor. There is a reasonable doubt argument that can be used by the defense for a complete acquittal. Law is never straightforward. God bless these kids.🥰

A friend was murdered by her ex-husband, he also murdered a family friend while his 3 yr old daughter witnessed it, 9 month old baby was in crib. He left, her parents returned 2 hours later, baby crying, 3 year old next to her mom.Told them that daddy was here, he went bang bang. He only had to do time served in jail. He tried to get custody, her parents filed a civil lawsuit against him, they were awarded custody of the girls.

My husband was killed by his business partner after an argument about money, in front of a 7 year old child. God knows what kind of emotional & psychological trauma she suffered, poor girl. I pray that she's all right. (Our children were 2 & 3 at the time and grew up without their Daddy, but at least they never saw him die.)

Another murderer trying to use the "I've been abused for years" defense. Of course, there's no proof of any abuse. If his husband treated her badly, just file a divorce. You don't need to kill him. It will only make things worse. And the children will get traumatised, because they don't fully understand the marital problems of their parents.

It's not that easy sometimes. If you've never been in an abusive relationship, it would be hard for you to understand. I don't agree with murder as an alternative, obviously. But in some situations, I could see that being the end result. I don't know enough about this woman and her family to judge.
