The thing is -- right now I will rate myself around 6.5/10 or 7/10 in DSA. But I dont have any impressive project, and also I never get any replies from companies I have applied. I am in a tier 3 college, so when I am trying for off campus opportunities, it is quite difficult

Im not sure if HR looks for impressive projects, I think they just look if you have really worked on any projects. And about opportunities for tier-3 to big companies, everyone in tier-3 clgs has the same problem. What you can do is reachout to people in linkedin and ask for refferal, also when you ask mention the jobId, what you are good at. Or If you have any offer whether it is service based or product join there and after 6 months you can start applying to big compaines. Most times amazon or other companies looks for person with 1year work experience instead of selecting a fresher

If you're in your 4th yr then try to go to banglore Hyderabad based startups instead of hiring challenges by companies, the most difficult part is just to enter the IT ecosystem so it takes the most efforts, practice standard dsa and try to do projects on the target startup tech stack
