1.Bawarchi @ rtc x roads, 2.mehfil @Nayarayanaguda, for chicken biryani 3.Biryani vs pulav @ kphb colony opposite to KS Baker's , 4.Kritunga @panjagutta, for different types of biryani 5.Most of the Mandi's in old city, for Mandi ( I think people say shadab and paradise only because of curiosity, and those are different from other restaurants, and less spicy.. so choose according to ur wish) all my opinions are based on chicken and biryani related foods.

In Ayurveda : there are two metals used 1. Swarna Bhasmam and 2. Rajata bhasmam . Today the silver lining you get on sweets in Sweet shops is chemically derived from animal Carcass, that is why it is cheap and all sweet shops buy. So the video is OK, but you need to go deep and get the items sourcing method and information. All that looks yellow may not be gold ( or rather silver) :)
