We had the pleasure of watching incredible talent on the pitch, but also the incredibly unique characters we just don't see in the modern game... "CAN WE NOT KNOCK IT!?" ...join me on this journey down 90s memory lane, as I take a look back at everything this decade had to offer!
I'll be uploading 10+ minute feature videos EVERY SUNDAY, such as "90s Goalkeepers were a different breed" and "Every 90s kid remembers - CORINTHIAN FIGURES" - as well as smaller "shorts" ... "reels" ... whatever we're calling them these days - throughout the week! 😁

It’s sad to see Serie A in the state it’s in, but even if it was the best league in the world, with KZfaq and sky, another Football Italia show wouldn’t be the same 😖 What a show 🙌🏾

90's Football was Great. Italy World Cup 1990. Italian league football on Channel 4 on a Sunday. Arsenal signed Ian Wright from Crystal Palace for £2.5m. Loved Arsenal's Adidas Bruised Banana away shirt. Showed my Mum it, at Inter Sport in Gloucester. Wanted it for Birthday, horrified by it, she said, "you're not having that". As a compromise, I had the home shirt. 1990 - 1992 version. Both shirts were Fantastic.

Great video man. So many good memories from late 80s/90s and bad. 1.One of my top footy memories from the 90s was Norwich beating Vittesse Arnhem and Bayern Munich in Europe before we lost to Inter Milan. 2.Norwich nearly Winning the Prem. 3.Gazza. 4.Collecting Autographs as a kid.(Got some gems) 5.Norwich in FA Cup semi final with Everton the same day as The Hillsborough disaster. We lost but that didn't matter to anyone. 6.Norwich 90s shirts. 7.Ian Crook. 8.Matt Le Tissier.

ive always said everything was better before 2000, football, movies, music, wrestling, cars, boxing, cartoons....i can remember all fa cup finals and world cups before 2000 everything after just blurs into one

I wonder if we’ll look back to today in 30 years time with rose tinted glasses on? Doubt it 😁 pre 2000 was deffo a million miles better 👍🏾 the only “modern” thing I like is KZfaq as it gives us the ability to look back at all the good times 🙌🏾

My Top 5 90's Football Moments: 1. Arsenal winning the Double ('98) 2. Arsenal winning the ECWC ('94) 3. Arsenal winning Division 1 ('91) 4. Arsenal's domestic cup double ('93) 5. Euro '96.

GREAT video, fella. Being born in 1980 this has fully ignited my member berries with nostalgia levels at 💯. 1990's was HANDS DOWN the best!! In every aspect of life. Tv, film, sports, politics, socially, music, everything!!...LOVED IT!!!!

@Ry's 90s Nostalgia ⚽️ Football in the 90s! For sure!! That was the only time I was ever into wrestling. WWF in the 1990's was something else. WCW too. Italia 90 was the first WC I can remember. Italian football on CH4 every Sunday was MUST WATCH TV!! Then there was the Prem, which got better and better from 93 onwards, then USA 94, Euro 96, France 98. What a time to be alive....even more so as a footy fan. 👊

The time when Brazil dominated the football world. Both clubs and the national team. Sao Paulo FC and the Brazilian national team were amazing in the 90's!

Everyone loves Brasil especially in the 90s 😁 I’d say Serie A in Italy was probably the “biggest” club league at that time

@@RysFootyParadise The Serie A was also a very strong league in the 90's. But you can 't deny the succes of Brazilian clubs in the 90's. Sao Paulo FC won 2 world titles (one against Milan). And Brazilian clubs won the Copa Libertadores 6 times with five different clubs.

My first football memory probably from world cup 1994 watching Roberto Baggio dominating the tournament wasn't until euro 1996 that I knew what it was to be an excited England/gutted supporter lol Played football since I was like 5 years old but my dad was a rugby fan so didn't know professional football was a thing until I was about 10 so missed world cup 1990 lol..never saw the pre premier league era

Great video , as a massive villa fan seeing the proper muller shirt filled my heart with joy. My fav 90s moment was us winning 2 coca cola cups at old Wembley. I've just subscribed and I'm really looking forward to the vids keep up the good work mate.

That Villa shirt has the cheeky Cola Cup Cup Final logo on it… my mums side of the family are huge villa fans and my dad United/Hereford so for a couple years I supported both but as a glory hunting kid obsessed with Beckham adidas predator boots & brylcream 🤣 I went with my dad & sold out…

As a football fan that grew up with 90's football, this is very nostalgic. Maybe it is nostalgia speaking but I agree, this was the best era of football. Enjoyed ya video mate, even tho it's making me feel old as shit 👍

Mate were the same age. My first team was Man Utd until I was old enough to make poor decisions and chose Hereford because of LMA Manager 😂 I was at Aldershot for our last game. Cracking video, subscribed ✅

Hey Ry ... i found you by watching 2 vids of you at the new Spurs stadium, and since then your vids have been "suggested" to me and I've enjoyed everyone of them ever since! maybe its your accent as I;m Gloucs born and Worcs bred but based near my team now. One of the 1st live games my ol' man took me to watch was Hereford Utd when Graham Turner was in charge. I love the research you've put into these early videos on your channel. When we beat you 3 - 2 this year it had a slight old rivals feel to it that I hadn't felt in years. Pains to say but would be nice to see Utd up fighting against us again.

@@RysFootyParadise Absolutely not that was the worst thing that ever happened to football and you’re too young to probably know it prior to 1992 English people was 99.9 % of the league And football matches was on the television Tuesday Wednesday maybe Thursday and Sunday match of the day and grandstand on Saturday all that came crashing down in 1992 because of sky and the BBC worst thing to ever happen to football in this country 40 quid a month back then God knows what it is now

Football technically is much better now and the premier league are world leaders at it. The clips of Barry Fry calling his players fairies sums up the brexit vibes of the era. Julian dicks and vinny jones were terrible footballers too lol. Don’t get me wrong loved the 90s as a kid and loads of the football, but it’s not all rose tinted.

Fully agree on the standard of football but that’s what I loved about it - we had stupid stuff like that time the ball bobbled over Tim Flowers into the goal 😁 everything is too polished and perfect these days. Don’t get me wrong, I still love it, it’s just different isn’t it 👍🏾 Most things were wilder in the 90s, I’m a wrestling fan and that era was the best too

But Barry Fry calling people gay slurs reminds me why a lot of this shit needs to be left in the 90s, there’s still passion now and I’ve been in changing rooms where passionate speeches are made, I know it can change the course of games.
