Hello from the US! Thank you so much for NOT showing the “perfect ones” you always see! and how to try and fix it when necessary, and when to just start over! You are APPRECIATED “across the pond”!

The bowl is an example of excellence in abstraction that you can actually use in your living room as a decoration for a coffee table. A beautiful addition to any house hold . Not all abstraction needs to hang up on a wall.❤

On the 1st one to flatten down bottom use a large can or 2 to weight it down. Works perfect when I have a wobbly! Generally I let it sit a day or 2 and bamm its flat!😁❤

Julie!! You are my favorite resin artist by far!! I truly believe that we would be fast friends if we lived in the same hemisphere of the Earth!! This splash is so beautiful! When you took it off of the vase and the "tentacles?" Bent down it was so interesting! I loved it that way also. Maybe you could try a three layer one with the short little pokies and the long bendies and the long straight spikies.. Can't wait to watch your next video!!!

This was such a clever idea! I liked when you put the skinny one on the flat one and all the little drips fell over. Oh wow if they could freeze in that spot without going completely flat. It was a perfect water splash captured in a still image

I am so with you Julie. I have watched several videos to do with resin art and they ALL make it look easy, yet when I try it does not turn out anywhere near what was in the video. The ones I really like are the videos where they say " this is my first time using resin....and look how great it turned out!!! ". ( I think it is more like it is the first time they put it on video)

That's awesome Julie, love that you're not scared to start over, looks like a proper splash in the ocean when put together💖.. When I do these sculptures I just pour onto the plastic on the table just use your stirring sticks under the plastic to keep it in place.. I normally put them further out to allow the resin to move a little then you get a more even consistency and depth throughout 💖💖

Julie when you’re afraid of melting the plastic you can use a BBQ lighter instead of a heat gun.. the ones that are like a cigarette lighter but they have a long skinny metal extension for the flames tip 🔥 . Just stay away from the plastic a wee bit 👌 I come back over every 5- 10 minutes for probably 3 or 4 times and pop the bubbles with the lighter and it works great. Then I can use the plastic again sometimes. Also great for using in molds as it’s less heat and less damaging. We get them at the dollar stores. They run out pretty quick so get a couple. Lovely as always!! 🎯💯🌹

So darn cool! And right up my alley. Yeah, I think you're thoughts on the thickness of the first one in the center caused premature hardening. Maybe for a bigger puddle with no thick center, try a 10-12" silicone cake pan? And I'm thinking a pizza spatula for picking up a whole pizza might work well for moving the resin to the vase? Gorgeous stuff! This is by far the best splash sculpture/vase I have yet seen yet! Truly a masterpiece!
