Hi Nick, And thank you for this nice show of this Knaus Van Ti Plus 700LF or what we call in the Netherlands a semi-integral the nose is from the Van and the box behind they build later on this type of camper with a nice fix bed in the back big shower and a nice salon in the middle Thanks again Nick a great show 👍👍👍👍👍

Thanks Nick nice to see a different layout which is a clever way to use the space. I like the bathroom and toilet placed well away from the kitchen space. Plus the bed to one side is a great idea!

It's just a confirmation of the extent to which the Purchasing Power of Our Legal Tender Money, has been illegally been Debased. Under Our Birthright Common Law Constitution, that amounts to equal to the most Serious Crime of All. High Treason, which carries as Punishment the Death Penalty. Same with Usury interest rates of over 6% which did start at 5% then got increased to do the fine tuning needed to make it work Properly and fix a few unexpected Consequences. It is possible to buy a kit to turn a van into a motorhome, but the Labour involved presently makes this price a bit of a bargain tbh. I've been almost caught in this sort of Trap as my next Sailboat just can't be a Secondhand one, as being Disabled, to get one Customised well enough to cope with what I need. It's actually a lot cheaper to get a new Build, and just add in what I need from the available options with the initial order, the great majority of which are at no extra Cost. Just The Labour Costs of the needed Customisations put the price of a Secondhand Sailboat bought at a Competitive price is higher than a New Build, then there's the cost of the components needed on top too. Knowing you are getting everything New also has significant advantages as well of course. If Only we still had Real Money eh ? Best Wishes. Bob. 👍⛵️✨️✨️✨️

Great for a couple. For those saying no room, you need to minimize and preplan. Plenty of work space on the table and easy to prep meals at home before going away. I love the easy access to storage under the bed. Yes, they are overpriced, as is pretty much everything now. Just the cost of doing business.

I love the layout Nick. That rear area is great - the two lounge seats at the front, lovely. One could relax, watch tv and then just go to bed without having to make up the bed and all in 7 mtrs! Thanks Nick!

Knaus seem to default to putting a gas oven in for the U.K. versions which loses most of the kitchen area storage.

Isnt this grand, standard wheels, plastic and chipboard furniture, no worktop in the kitchen light upholstery so if u mark it. Then ur in trouble, cos mega bucks to replace, but its only £97,000

You can buy an apartment for that price. You would have to be a bit mad to pay that much for something you only use occasionally and have to pay to park it somewhere on a camp site.

Living area you can hardly walk in so cramped. Small shower area and toilet. Kitchen average. For £97,000 I would expect better.
