Dear sir, I am from srilanka. I trying to repair LG DH6630 Home Theater set, the case is when it turn on comes display and available standby 3.8v but the problem is AMP power 25v not available and in the display says good bye within 5 to 10 sec. It is using (ICE2QS03) PWM offline controler. But VCC for this IC is available 12v pin 2 from stand by transformer section it comes through transistor and triger octocopler. But to drive the MOSFET gate voltage not comes from IC , IC not providing output signal even i replaced new IC. Sir please explain this issue and make a video regarding is how to rectify this. Thank you.

you could do this. 1,assuming that this ic is good, try to figure out other faulty part 2, remove the ic carefully and check all smd components related to this IC. the shape of this IC is like a flash IC hope this help you
