That's more of engagement titles. Also, the number of people who buy samsung is far greater than the ones who actually do some customization on their phone. Mostly it's younger demographic who fiddle with their phones, so the ratio should be around that. may be not 98 exactly, but definitely 90% people don't even care about customization to this extent haha.

Samsung did the things bad this year with the S24 Ultra, a lot of defective phones. Screen issues, camera issues. If you 1 S24 Ultra non defective you are Lucky.
