I can’t believe it goes that fast with the optional gearing! I was thinking more like 80mph. Very impressive!! 👍

Out the box with the optional gearing with the original 150amp you can hit the same speed. I've done it. This car should have hit 103mph. Take the GoPro off and remove the rear wing. And the 160amp ESC will love you for it😁👍🏽

Nice pass! I've hit the same speed on 150amp ESC. You should turn the GPS on the GoPro and add the speed sticker to show the speed real time😁👍🏽💯. I think that would be awesome to see too. And show a comparison with the Power Hobby gps module and GoPro gps.🔥🔥🔥🔥

Something else had to of been done. I swapped to the 160a spektrum esc with included speed gear and I am only getting 83 mph. What gives?

so i just blew up my 2300kv TP motor on my Felony. Someone suggested the wrong one and it burnt up on 8s. Just curious what you would recommend for an all night parking lot bashing setup.. i was thinking maybe a top speed of around 90 but i want to not have to worry about heat being an issue, also probably will have a little fun drag racing it. I have a mamba X 8s in it right now. I dont mind doing a bunch of custom work either if i have to flip the motor around and do somethings to make it all fit. trying to research as much as i can but figured id ask.

AND...that Firma 160amp ESC is "8s" capable I think 🤔 The motor will get toasty hot on 8s, but probably will pull 120mph ish! 😂 💪 👊 🚀 💯 Great numbers though rich on 6s, virtually stock. Very impressive

Depends on how and were u drive bud, probably start around 100k and see how that does, if u want it to slide more put higher weight in the rear if u want the front to pull more put higher in the front. Hope that helps

No problem. I'd probably get a 75k for either front or rear depending on how ubwant it to drive and if u have a center diff u will want like 1 million weight in that or higher

Really silly question BUT have you checked the power setting on the transmitter? My friend Fog City RC was having issues with his infraction only hitting 45-50mph on the GPS but when he got home he noticed the transmitter power level was on 50%. I've done it before so that's the first thing I'd check. The next thing I'd do is recalibrate the throttle end points to be sure it can give you the maximum. I'd also have the AVC on around 50% not 100%. Also if the transmitter has it make sure the throttle D/R is turned up high. Hope that helps

@@DriftomaniacsRC No it’s not a dumb question lol I’m actually using the Traxxas TQI transmitter that came in my XO-1 so it’s very possible it’s the transmitter settings I’ll check again today and try a different transmitter thanks for the help
