Hello beta, I'm a doctor by profession. Although I've achieved a respectable target of my life... but even at this juncture of life, I was feeling some emptiness, and I started looking for another purpose of my life. I accidentally jumped onto ur video and then realized what me and my mind was going through. Now I've programmed my mind how to remain calm in my busy practice. It is nice to see rare people like you who are returning some great ideas to a society that has given so much to us. Good luck. Keep it up 👍 👏

Asking you to meditate and actually making you do with me is completely two different things. We usually do this in workshops, i made them all sit and do this along with me. Tried something like this first time on channel. Apko kaisa laga ye idea?

I did the challenge till the end, and I felt the silence, without any sort of emotion, just silence. In the end, you told us that if the challenge is done correctly, one has some sort of self-discipline and can always grow into that. That's honestly a big thing for me to realize. It's been months since I've been feeling like a failure, directionless, and with no self-discipline. I think I can do better. It's not going to be easy, but I'll try my best to improve, by following your genuine advice. Thank you, Didi! P.S. Could you please advise some more on such topics? Thanks!

Felt really relaxing....thoughts came and went away... feeling really good.. I've taken up your challenge of creating a mind dump...and I write in it every day...multiple times a day... Thank you so much for that too...I used to chase after someone that was not really good for me. I also found out the reason why I used to do it, and worked out something in my head and writing in my dump finally gave me the strength to cut off from that loop I myself put me in. I don't know what this is, but I feel so peaceful. Yea, thoughts come, but I've somehow learnt to deal with it. I'm developing my self esteem and self confidence slowly and slowly...wow a dejavu....feels like I have seen myself writing this comment, how brilliant is our subconscious mind. Anyway...sorry for going off topic...I'm slowly starting to get better...without holding any negative emotions against anyone.. I feel valueing myself was something I never did. I'm starting to do that. I used to take mild anxiety pills because of these twists and turns life sometimes throws at you...but I feel like in a few weeks, maybe months, I can stop relying on medication and start relying completely on myself. Your videos have helped me immensely. I hope I get to meet you someday somewhere and thank you properly for guiding me unconsciously.. Thank you so much... The greatest gift I have given myself through your videos is the gift of acceptance ❤.... Thank you... Keep shining 🌟 and creating more videos like this... This helps... Neha you are doing a great job dear. Rab di so.. Yaar ek motivation tujhko deta hun mujhe tujhse jyada attempt lage CA final me. Baki sab first attempt with self study tha. I used to be 1st ranker in 12th aur padhaku nahi romantic playful athletic banda. Fir ye hua CA final me. After that got management level jobs in reputed companies in Mumbai. Lekin yaar hum Gujarati log job ke liye bane hi nahi hote. I think. Started my own venture. Shuru me woh socially muh chupane wali tumhari baat tally hoti hai. Fir bindas. Same experience same thought process. People won't understand. You have to pass through this. Following you since long. Occasionally check out your videos. But I am sure content achcha hi hoga.. tomorrow is my exam and I was in so much rush to complete 10 more chapters but when I saw this video I was successful in completing this this challenge and I realized in this life which is full of rush, rat race and problems we forget thinking about ourselves , we forget to introspect ourselves. It was so peaceful and relaxing for me, literally these 5 mins I didn't think or worry about anything except of focusing on my breath. Thankyou so much Neha di!!

Hello Neha Di, I do follow you from a very long time but never commented on any of the video. I am Medical Aspirant, This coming year will going to be my sixth attempt. @@aroravaishnvi2278 I also do the same thing, but overthinking is not good for your health. Replace those negative thoughts with a good thought instantly. Trick your mind to imagine a positive scenario instead of negative scenario. Try deep breathing or breathwork and do guided meditation or listen to devotional songs. It will calm you down

@@padmagopalakrishnan5416 you know i feel that whenever I think positive for anything to wo achi chiz me kuch bura ho jata .aur bura sochu to zarur bura hi hota .in short acha nhi hota . suppose maine khud ko bola ki mai healthy hu to Mai bimar ho jaungi .aur Maine kisi ko bura bola like teri job to bahut sahi hai to uski job me koi problem aa jati . Isliye mai affirmation bhi nhi karti..mujhe lagta nazar naam ki koi chiz hoti jo sach me lag jati meri khud ki nazar

Sister ....You have a calmness in your face ...I don't know why but it's so relaxing to listen you .... And pta nhi kyu pr aapki smile bhi bhut real h.... Shyad aapki journal writing.... Meditation ya book reading se ye calmness aayi.... But just keep doing whatever be the reason of this calmness..... A line for you.... Your calmness is guiding through the darkest nights of life..... And it also helps to come out from every problem like blaming ourselves... Cursing our books..... And being tensed about the future .... You are doing a very very wonderful job... Just keep doing it ..... And I am also waiting for your next workshop.....
