Located in the context of river Tapi in Surat, Angan House is an experiment of various textures, patterns, and colors. The clients wanted a warm and relaxed, contemporary aesthetic interior in white tones.
The identity of the exposed plaster walls is to visually connect both the floors throughout the double-height. Its presence in the living areas of the two levels where the family would spend time would also mean it would subconsciously create a sense of cohesiveness between floors and spaces.
Antariksh Design Studio has designed this beautiful house in Surat with eclectic colors, elements, and accents.

Rather Than Architect i would congratulate to Interior Designer. As per my view Interior Designer did very good job here. Some observation points would like to mentioned: Space between Puja & Dining is very less If some guest will sit in living area that time it will disturb on puja or some doing puja that time difficult eat something in Dining . As per old proverb Bajan & Bhojan hamesha ot (parde) me hona chahiye. Temple or Dining or temple could shit 2nd living Area besides Kitchen. Siting capacity in dining table also could increase in case dining shift to corner side of kitchen (another family living area in same floor). because 4 sitting capacity is very less even for small family with guest. Storage capacity in kitchen also less ..which could be increased by redesigning the kitchen. Practically Gas Stove burner & washing area should not in very near by, I liked Wood work very much specially door same seen in different videos also in Buildofy.. color combinations are too good.. Pls share also Ground flor & top floor details

Very good home. The title is very misleading though. 990SqFt is the plot area, the house is itself 2K+SqFt. Not sure how one can call it "super compact"

Could be brighter color palette and too many styles in interior clashing with each other. Glass railings are not a smart choice in our dusty conditions.Don't use so much grey palette..becomes dull and boring after some time to live in. Public,semi public and private jargon from architect's minds should be removed, blindly quoted as a habit, in a small house or multi million sq.ft complexes. The segregation of spaces can be explained subtly as personal areas, services and common open to all areas for a small residence.
