In the video, on the screen, is written "Built LT1"
There are 2 claims going on with this car from several sources. Many have told me it's a built car and the owner is lying about the setup.
The other claim, from the owner, and others who believe him say it's a stock bottom end with Milled heads/Cam and FBO setup.
I can not prove 100% what is true. But the 911 owner did tell me when he raced him, that the Camaro is built.
It's a very fast camaro for sure!

@@SamamahBoy yeah, this is my 3rd 911, I chose the gts because it’s bit more track inspired and the turbo S is just a crazy 911, can be tracked for sure but that’s a lot of power. The gts is more balanced, fast enough for whatever you need, track vehicle, looks amazing, and the depreciation is just minimal. Also they can all be tuned, I can have the gts around 600+hp with minimal work.

@@bloodshed3523 tune the Turbo S from 93 to full E85, take the 155mph speed limiter off the 170, and it'd be a really good race. I think they should do 3 races. 1 from 40, and then 60, if the score is 1-1, then do a decider at 50. I think that the d170 needs to catch him before they hit higher speeds (160+), because it might have a harder time catching it up top since it's as inefficient as you can get for an ICE when it comes to top end. The 170 is _very heavy_ , has less revs in each gear than the turbo S, has an SC instead of turbo, *and* has the drag coefficient of an XL caravan travelling _sideways_ .

Best thing about the 911 Turbo, you do stuff like this, then you can take it to the track, and you can daily it as well. Also interior is rock solid. The perfect car. Would still take a Ferrari, a Viper or a Lamborghini over it though :)

Without knowing just how much weight savings and mods, it’s hard to know if we should be impressed with the LT1 showing or not. I have a Turbo S and a 2SS1LE so I know how much faster the Porsche which is why I want to be impressed… but money & mods can do wonders! Good races though.

Really puts it in perspective to what the NA Camaro is running. My buddies 911 with full exhaust and M-engineering tune on 93, no meth was 5.8 60-130 in 4000DA. That Camaro did very well so definitely mid 6 60-130. Nice.

@@AutoGlory Yeah I was using my friends car as reference. He did do a best of a 5.6 in very good air but never could hit that again. If that Porsche is low 5 then I would say you are correct, the Camaro is in the high 5's. You get a good idea when you have been personally racing or like in your case, been in the cars themselves and see what their dragy times are and how that race looks 👍

Yeah thats my thing the cars are definitely fast just boring to me compared to the other 250k supercars. Personally I’d rather a 720s or boosted lambo/viper. But this 992 is moving for the mods for sure.

I'm in the UK, which is known to be more expensive than the US in terms of car prices and even I can find a 992 turbo S for £130k ≈ $161.5k. and it's only got 13k on the clock, looks mint in the pictures,(dealer btw, can probs find cheaper looking for private sellers). It's basically brand new.

It doesn't have upgraded turbos. If it did it's very slow. Owner told me it's built bottom end stock turbos being pushed. That's about right. That runs 5s no problem.

I'm going based on what 911 owner told me( he told me that the lt1 owner told him in person he's built) and many others have told me hes built. There's plenty of people saying that camaro and their crew are liars about telling people they are just heads/Cam/fbo. I can't prove what he has for sure. But one thing for sure high compression is 100% whether from milled heads or pistons, etc.. Alot of clout chasers/liars out here so you never always know. But again the 911 owner told me over the phone and said the lt1 owner told him he's built . So that's what I'm going by.

@@AutoGlory well if it’s built then it’s slow for built lol. Because I know Texas and Mississippi cars with the same mods running similar times stock bottom end, high to mid 5s 60-130, which is what this car runs. And that’s doesn’t make much sense when this guy has raced 100+ times and never claimed to be built. He’s even commented on other posts calling out the false claims. So you telling me now he’s going around saying it’s built? That doesn’t make any sense to me lol would need to hear it from him not the Porsche guy. But who knows🤷‍♂️

@@AutoGlory and of course others will claim some shit he gapped basically everyone 🤣 everyone says you’re lying when you win a lot that’s customary. Like I said if it’s built he should be significantly faster than what it is. From my eyes just looks like a well setup heads cam car which can do 5.5-6.0 stock bottom end relatively easily done right. Theres a guy here on yt with a pray heads cam car with minor weight reduction making 600 or so. His car did 5.8-5.7 and has significantly less weight reduction than this car.
