Response drive fully in accordance with the regulations and to a very serious scene

Not sure the crossing of the solid whites at 4:10 was entirely "fully in accordance" with regulations, but I get your point ;)

@@TheRCBiker That was to allow a clear and safe passage of the the emergency vehicle so that the driver could get a full view of the road ahead and other drivers' could see the incoming vehicle. This is what we teach on Advanced Response Driving courses. Get your point too but why not book in for a lesson?

I will confirm that yes, @Mike5, is correct. You should not cross a solid white line and if you do, and there is an incident, then the law will not stand by any emergency responder. This was a road that I drove at least twice a day so I was fully aware of the road structure. @TheRCBiker is right regards the road position I took did allow for a clearer view of the corners.

Great video! What’s the biggest incident you have been to with RBFRs
@EmergencydriveUK2 жыл бұрын
I attended Windsor castle and Swinley Forest, they were probably the biggest two, although biggest doesn't mean best. Smaller property fires are more fun as you actually get a chance to put all your training into action and go in and fight the beast face to face....

Wtf is a chemical suicide?
@EmergencydriveUK2 жыл бұрын
It is when someone takes their own life by mixing chemicals or burning charcoal and other substance to create a highly toxic gas. It is normally carbon monoxide from a BBQ, chlorine gas or hydrogen sulfide. All of which can be produced at home with basic household cleaners.
