If you want a 4 bedroom newly built house for even less than 90k then you probably should get an apartment instead.. What would you build it with? Cardboard?

The bare minimum price (if this is gonna be concrete and brick) would be around 95k and above.. (and that's without the lot,pool,furniture,kitchen etc.) I like the layout though! :)

Homes are expensive in the WEST not just because of demand.... its actually greed on all sides. Its almost 'immoral' to sell an item for what you pay for it. .. because why shouldnt you walk away with mass profit. GROSS INCOME is really a fitting name
