It changed like an hour ago its now Friday April 21th. backup dates on sunday 23th. or tuesday 25th. edit: maybe 20th. is possible again based on temporary flight restrictions

@@Kroko6 yeah, its currently unclear what they actually plan to do. The flight restrictions for thursday were pulled for a bit, but have now been reinstated

Someone should let him know he can fine control the throttle in 1/100 increments, and no treat it as an on/off switch, if he did that he would have landed perfectly there

you can turn down the opacity of the paint on the paint tool and if you turn it down all the way you get a bare metal colour like starship

Hey interndotGif can u make a part 2 and also the starship is fully reusable 1st stage and the 2nd stage and the 2nd stage is half heat shield so 1 side is a heat shield the other half is fuel

The reason why it has so many engines is because if one fails the rocket still accelerates.

From what I've seen safe landing speed is around 5, so it's not good to think you can land faster than that.

7:13 You should have tilted the rocket sooner and constantly burn but reduce throttle to keep the apoapsis at around 50s away from you at all times And also at 15:40 you shouldn't have used full power, just throttle down and keep the speed below 10m/s P.S. you know whats the biggest mistake you did? You didn't quicksave. The main difference between an expirienced and an inexpirienced ksp player is that, when they inevitably crash, the expirienced player most likely has a quicksave from 5 seconds ago that he can revert to.
