Civil Procedure Code is a Procedural Law that provides step by step procedure of a civil court. CPC sounds technical to a lot of people and yes, of course, it is. This fact cannot be denied that whenever a normal person enters the court premises with their day- to day problems, it is quite obvious that they will get confused with such a long procedure of the court. If you are preparing for the competitive exams, then you might face a lot of difficulties in memorizing the Orders of CPC.
