Not for some. I like a smaller kitchen. I think some kitchens are so big, one would walk for five minutes to get from the stove top to the sink. And that’s no joke! But each to his own…..

Lovely apartment a slower walk through so we could see all and know all the finishes as buyers like all the details as much as viewers do. A shame the kitchen was small but two of them is nicer. We didn't see all 6 beds either as was hoping to see these apartments when I heard about them being developed. Thanks for sharing with us satisfying some curiosity and garden tour as well. My guess is there is good security in this development being connected with the mall as well. The music choices were interesting but happy they are at a normal level. I loved the decor as well as love art deco style is it optional to buy with contents as is? or pick out things you like.

I can't see it selling anywhere near that price when you look at what you can get for the same money in Chelsea or Kensington. It's a bit of a rough area a few blacks back too.

I’m struggling to see the value in this property, especially when you compare it against those on the market closer to the city. It won’t sell for the asking price. The quality just isn’t there.

Why make a big point about how 'cool' this feature is if you can't be bothered to show it? Pretty lame, as it would only have taken 5 minutes to re-shoot...

For £14,750,000 it’s massively overpriced as everything is just ok and nothing of any pure luxury. I’d rather buy around Chelsea Harbour as it’s a much better location.
