Than deberías cambiar el hábito de alimentos para el bien tuyo y de tus niños, cuando cosechas frutos, verduras, vegetales y Viveres ( guineos, rulos, platanos ect) debes dejar un poco para el consumo de ustedes y con el dinero que obtienes e las ventas comprar un poco de carne y variar la alimentación,porque necesitas estar bien alimentada, trabajas duro y tú labor de madre, también es muy ardua y tus niños necesitan alimentarse bien,,también, compra leche, aunque sea en polvo y dale con chocolate a Dam y para ti.Puedes hacer caldos con vegetales, verduras,fideos y carne de pollo, de vez en cuando y a Yen le puedes dar puré de Auyama o calabaza con huevo. Ustedes no consumen habichuelas o frijoles? Puede hacerlos en crema y darle con arroz y trocitos desmenuzados de pollo, a Yen y a Dam. Es una sugerencia,?aunque sé que tú situación es dura,?es difícil,pero necesitan alimentarse bien.

Entre uds mismas cuiden los chiquitos mientras trabajen ,no los lleven a los campos a exponerlos al peligro 😢que tal le caiga una pelota de esas en la cabeza 😮búscate quien te los cuide en tu changarro mientras vas a trabajar ....
