For the Mingi situation: Around early November 2020 their company came out with a statement saying he has been suffering from anxiety and would be taking a break from activities and be living with his family while he takes time to recover rather than living in the dorms with the members. They had already recorded the songs for their most recent album before he went on hiatus so if you listen to Zero: Fever Part 2 you'll still hear his voice. Before the release of said album a lot of fans were wondering if he'd be back for promotion or not. KQ (their company) said that he's made progress towards getting better but still isn't 100% yet. According to Yeosang he has moved back into the dorms and they filmed something together as a full 8-member unit so it will be soon when he comes back. Also if you can go watch Yunho's birthday Vlive from earlier. Mingi called Yunho during the live and so you're able to hear his voice. It seems like they'll be back as 8 soon!!

I'm so glad your starting to get into Ateez. They are honestly some of the most talented and funny boys I've gotten into since bts, btw there's a 2020 guide for them :)

This isn’t that good of a guide to use when you truly want to get into them. It’s good for memorization of names, but to me that’s about it. This guide is quite old and there are plenty of other guides that have more updated information. One of the best guides is the one by ETINI. It’s a little more than 40 minutes long, but it’s definitely worth watching.

Seonghwa name is a little difficult for me to explain the best thing I can say is to listen to how the members say it, Yunho is pronounced Yoon-ho and Yeosang is Yeo-song. Mingi is on a break due to his anxiety/mental health, but the members reassure us that he's fine and we even hear from him through phone calls when ever the members call him. Hopefully this helps some.

This isn't the best guide, its outdated. The best one is the one by ETINI. It shows more about their personalities and talents and them as a group. I suggest you to react to that one. Its the most complete. Honestly this type of guide is like is mostly for fans that already know them at least a little bit, because it doesn't say anything about their talents at all. It's funny in like 4th and 5th grade I would open apples with no problem and some times with one hand I did it randomly I've always been heavy handed , it runs in my family at this point for like my aunt and some female cousins plus my middle sister Tomboy and heavy handed.

Something to look into that I might not be explaining correctly because I still haven't understood it. Except I know if you are born in 2001 you are 1 that year and when 2002 rolls around you are 2 at the beginning of the year. Everyone in the same year starts school at the same age and can speak informally to each other. Something I've seen some idols complain about is being born Jan and someone else being born Dec the year before. The older one is a hyung and the younger one has to defer to them as someone a year older. They still celebrate their birthdays though. Anyway this could possibly be why they don't keep up as well with some bday info.. Plus they were a new group back then.

Mingi had to step back from promotions due to him having developed a serious anxiety disorder which was starting to affect his ability to perform and daily activities, so hes currently getting help for it it's been about 5-6 months now since his KQ announced his hiatus. But currently Ateez phoned mingi on their comeback stage and he said that he's gotten much better and he's working hard so he can come back soon. So fingers crossed that he'll be back fast cause in my opinion ATEEZ just isnt ATEEZ without him.
