This is the "funest" plane I have ever flown in DCS. I love the platform of light attacker. Cant wait for the Pucara to come as well.

HOLD is probably a DME hold mode. Sometimes you need a distance from one VOR/DME and a radial from another VOR at the same time for navigation. I guess you can enter the freq for distance using HOLD and the other VOR a usual as a VOR. But I´m not 100% sure about that for the Tucano. Could also be wrong. I can say that in reality the HUD is kinda narrow so you actually need to move your head to read all the information sometimes, except if you fly with your head foward a bit. Great mod

Thanks for the video .. my country, Chile, also operates 24 Super Tucano :) ... regarding the multicrew, there is another Community Mod, the Goshawk T-45C which does have multicrew and dual cabin, so clearly that feature can be enabled on a Community Mod ... most likely it's a lot of work for the developers no doubt.

I'm thinking it could be a two-seater as the T-45 community mod is capable of a crew of two. The T-45 doesn't seem complete in that department yet, but it is there.

Nice vid - appreciate the attention to the Mods! Question: since it's a turbo prop, does it have beta mode (thrust reverse) for landing? Also, the guns are good old .50 cal Browning Heavy Machine Guns (not cannon). I hope this guy keeps developing - we need a good turbo prop in DCS!

my flir is just a frozen image (it does turn on and does the bit but is a frozen image)

Ive been flying that super tucano for a year or so now and love it. Is it now getting more love? Is this a new release?

Can anyone help me? I cannot get control over this aircraft, I cans see it from outside, but I never get inside cockpit, nor in the pre-made quick start missions.

Is self lasing with the flir camera implemented yet? The flir works, which is a huge milestone!

You can set up a lase button on Hotas. I have mine set to nosewheel steering button on TM warthog.

My understanding is that yes it will come one day. They have shown images of the modelled aircraft but I don't know if the flight model and systems simulation work has even begun.

Houston, we have a problem! I need help, I can't control the plane, the computer controls it instead of me, I can't even get into the cockpit... Any ideas what's wrong??? (I'm using the Steam version of DCS) P.S I tried the mission that was with the mod, same problem

That's a strange one, sounds like the unit is AI but you said you tried the supplied mission. In the mission editor make sure the unit skill is set to player or client.

I did, the unit skill is Player/Client. I haw the F-22 mod and it's woking. May be the problem is with DCS.

Not included with the mod no. I learned the startup from the videos posted at the download link for this mod.

There's a PDF with normal procedures for cold start, take-off, landing, shutdown in the ED forums official topic for the mod made by a good soul and confirmed to be correct. You can use the Kneeboard Builder program to convert it to a set of 5 PNG kneeboards that you can use in DCS.

I just installed the mod but can't fly it . It is controlled by ai . What to do ?

When placing it in the mission editor make sure to set the skill to client or player. Try the instant action missions which come with it. Do they work?

Maybe you installed the Mod on the DCS program folder, instead of installing it at /Saved Games/
