North of Montreal, as well as anywhere OUTSIDE Montreal, it's where French-Canada really exists. As soon as you get out of Montreal, fewer and fewer Canadian Flags.
Very few ppl speak English AND no more English-speaking Radio Stations north of Montreal.
Quebec makes it as an excellent summer vacation especially outside Montreal, but to live and work in Quebec it's a totally different story: speak fluently French and eager to adapt/assimilate to the very monolithic Quebec Culture, multiculturalism does not exist in Quebec. At least 90% of ALL Quebecers are white. Very few immigrants in Quebec compared to rest of Canada.
