This A-7 Corsair II is at the Mid-America Air Museum in Liberal, Kansas. It's a fantastic museum in rural Kansas with several amazing aircraft on display. The paint job on this one is in pretty rough shape, but it's still a very cool airplane. Same for the F-8.
The A-7 Corsair II was built by LTV and was flown by the US military from 1967 until 1993. It was an attack aircraft capable of landing on aircraft carriers.
The F-8 Crusader was built by Vought (the "V" of LTV) and was introduced in 1957. The US military flew it until 1987.
The design for the Corsair II was derived from the F-8 Crusader.
