Today I am sharing GREEN CHUTNEY PREMIX RECIPE. This green chatni premix can be stored for whole year at room temperature in air tight jar. Spicy green chutney can be made instantly and easily by simply adding water in this premix. This premix saves from chopping fresh coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies and salt in mixer saving lots of time. The taste of green chutney made from this premix is as natural as made from fresh coriander. During this season of fresh green coriander, this premix can be made perfect for storing whole year for later use.

INGREDIENTS
500 grams fresh coriander leaves
100 grams green chillies
50 grams ginger
Sweet curry leaves
1 tsp salt
3 tsp roasted daliya dal
1 tsp aamchur powder

Try to use microwave as less possible. Natural way is the best another way is to dehydrate in the oven at 150/175/200 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the oven. Always better than the microwave.
