I've actually been noticing this for about 15 years or so. The Game has some kind of lisp, and also Lloyd Banks has an interesting sound. There's something about it that makes them unique sounding which is incredibly important for being memorable, but there also might be something significant related to an internal battle they face, whereby they "can't talk properly" at a young age, so they grow to become incredibly good at talking over top of beats.

You can’t fake this. Nast is either an early 80s baby who’s faking his age or dude thoroughly studied the 90s for his whole life. Dude is so accurately 90s, not only with his flow but even the way he moves and dances to the beat. I can see so many of the greatest in him: Big-L, Nas, Kool G Rap. I just so surprised and happy to see a youngster in this day and age who’s open minded enough to be interested in anything else than what his entire generation is doing. ASAP NAST IS THE FUTURE!!!

When they signed in with G unit. Shit just went downhill. To me the 90z was their prime. I loved the infamous and hell on earth. They were really hardcore back then. To me they tamed down and grew soft. Like they changedd.Its like they changed to go mainstram, hence grew softer. Thus sold out. Just my opinion
