The longest running endurance race revs up every year, and it is the perfect excuse for a European vacation. Multiple automotive events transpire every year featuring everything from Supercars to classics. This includes your weekly Cars & Coffee meets, or once-a-year concourses like the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance at Monterey Car Week. You can also find a sanctioned race to attend, or watch on television. This article will be focusing on those racing displays, and particularly the 24 Hours of Le Mans. One of the reasons we chose to highlight this event right now is because it will be celebrating a century of endurance racing on June 10th & 11th, 2023. This will all take place at the Circuit de la Sarthe in Le Mans, France. It is an 8.5-mile road course made up of two purpose built circuits (Bugatti Circuit & Maison Blanche Circuit), intertwined with French public roads. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience honoring 100 years of the race.
Hagarty was kind enough to invite us to a premiere of the release of they're movie Racing With Giants: Porsche at Le Mans, where we get a race through the last 100 years of Le Mans and 75 years of Porsche. Porsche is 19 victories deep going on 20, and it's newest hypercar is pretty boss. Thanks Hagarty and Mobil 1 for the invite - the NY event was awesome!
