As a long time Ascension player I highly recommend playing on the Area 52 (Free Pick) server. If you just want to play classless wow and you want to just pick whatever abilities you want without having to go through all this hassle of randomized abilities and constant rerolling characters and trying to manipulate the RNG to get the cards you want. Area 52 server lets you create exactly the character you want with no nonsense, and if you want a more challenging gameplay, it has several different types of challenge debuffs like Ironman and Nightmare modes.

Scroll of fortune starts at 50 marks, and increases by 50 every turn in. Loved the vid.

I discovered ascension wow a few months ago and started playing yesterday and I gotta say it's nearly the perfect mix of everything good about Classic and current WOW and when conquest of azeroth comes out and has a necromancer class I don't think I'll go bad to current wow until a necromancer class is officially added (I still love current wow though)

Most important missed things. You can roll any spell normally available at level 1 with the exception of Power Word:Shield, Eviscerate, Hammer of Justice, Drain Soul, Fear, Divine Protection, Overpower and Earthbind Totem Books can only be bought through DP store or gold usually from AH from people who already bought it for DP Mount can be bought at any lvl. It costs a grand total of 13g for Mount and Training which if you do dungeons on Ascension is not hard to get. It takes maybe 3-4 dungeon runs to get if not questing. I recommend making a healer or tank as first character even if you don't like them. They are insanely fast to lvl and then you have a max lvl character who can provide gold and or skill cards for all other builds. Random Enchants can only be extracted from Blue or above Items

After watching your channel for a few weeks I signed up and downloaded the game 2 days ago. The game is pretty straight forward but my goal is too play your "meta" style" and it's hard to figure out what I need to do, and in what order. How does shapeshifting handle certain spells? Moonkin spells are usually Nature and Arcane. In theory, it should be possible to cast Arcane Mage spells, and offensive Shaman Nature spells, while in Moonkin form.... but does it work like that?

Mcdoubles my guy use anger management in arms warrior tree it gives 4 rage every 3 seconds and it will keep you at 100% rage when you're not using the rage so those intimidation shouts or execute can be clutch on use when ever you needed them

I am a new player, I just started playing Project Ascension. But I can't swing my sword with my mouse left click as I do in all other PC games, how do I do it here? I can only shoot fireballs but it get canceled while I try to attack and move away to defend myself from the enemy. And why the enemy don't attack me. They only attack me if I click them for some reason. Also the camera don't move while I move my mouse. The camera only moves while keep holding right mouse button. Why is that? So please someone help me. How do I swing my sword at the enemy with my mouse button? How do I move my camera naturally with mouse movement as other games?

Hey man, I love the content. I am just curious though as to what are the best steps to come back if you get cleaned by dying multiple times? I lost a lot of gear and one of my 2h for my TG build and am now significantly weaker in questing and pvping without a 2nd weapon. Any tips in general for if a character loses a lot of gear?

so, my biggest issue right now is the end game. Is it that different than actual wow? I have 2 70's that have different builds and i understand that the whole point of the server is to try different builds and all, but once i hit 70 i just feel like my progression stops and it just becomes regular wow where i'm just trying to gear up to do pvp/dungeons and raids again. Is there anything more than that on this or am i just overthinking it? please help, i'd like to think i'm not just wasting my time playing retail as that is just a god awful experience.

A great game, super toxic community that is very lazy with an amazing set of GM's. I would play at your own risk and even when playing normal mode one should prepare to die often. The opposite faction WILL gank you because they still get experience and even though you're on normal mode the same can be said with your own faction using criminal intent just for the experience. On high risk there is next to such thing as a fair fight, oftentimes you are out leveled, outnumbered, out geared, outclassed, and 90% of the time you WILL be jumped when you have tons of mobs or low health. The game also crashes a TON and extremely buggy. The server is so populated in the evening there is an immense amount of lag. Still worth playing and prepare to spend about a month figuring the basic ins and outs.

How about a walkthrough series from 1 to 60 without any help from others nor buying in game items in cash shop or using anything you obtained from end game on the new character 1 hour long videos each ep 1, 2, 3, 4 ect maybe then new players could follow along and know what to do. maybe then i would get back into this server and ignore all the p2w in the shop if i see how someone levels without in-game shop advantages.
