@RHCG YT It depends, a male lion has a mane that covers one of its most delicate parts, the throat. But a tiger does not have that. So if a male lion got a hold of the tiger, it’s game over.

That's actually not a sign of Happiness. Roaring like this is actually a way that Lions protect their food they often do this in the wild as cheetahs and other big cats will steal their kill, and sometimes even chase them away and then eventually eat all the meat that they hunted.
