I can’t imagine how anyone could have anything negative to say about these beautiful plushies. You can tell how much love and hard work goes into them just by looking at them. They are so precious ❤️🧸

Like the Bonnie wire arm, do you think you'll one day make a parts and service box pack that comes with other(built from the ground up) attackable limbs? I love the Bonnie wire arm idea being attachable to other animatronics without it looking too weird. Some ideas I have are wires(exactly like the one you showed off), the blob tentacles(thick wires), perhaps different attachable chest props(like ties, bow ties, buttons, etc), nightmare limbs(think about some William Afton torture devices like saw arms, mangle heads attached to long necks, or buzz saws like in the new fnaf movie), endo limbs and head

so happy that the actual hex world is still being worked on! i love parts and service, but i really appreciate kai and crew too. like you said, hex is your baby, i'm so proud of you dawko! can't wait to see the future of hex and parts and service! i do wish there was new or a restock of comic crew merch tho. i understand parts and service is a bigger focus, but when there's time, i'd appreciate maybe a restock of the kai hoodie or even splitter's jacket. or even a bunny ear headband styled like kai's ears

I LOVE how passionate Dawko is about this hex project, seeing the designs get better and better over time is so cool too(btw yes, seeing a before and after with the prototypes would be awesome!). I'm also very happy with the designs you've made so far, they don't look puffy, they look very premium and still cute. I'd love a Nightmarionne with an open rib cage and spooky arms, gosh that sounds dope! Keep up the awesome work man! Also a HUGE Music Man plush for MatPat would be so funny. Not sure how possible it would be to make but possibly a pillow of his giant head would be a cool merch idea. I could imagine the eyes are dark and black but can perhaps light up like a disco ball if a switch is turned on. Not sure if Hex would do that but it's an idea

I personally love Mangle and Puppet the most just because they look so accurate compared to merch that already exists. Things like the Withered haven't been done easier but seeing Mangle looking like Mangle is the most impressive looking one. She may be more for displaying purposes with magnets but the full plush version would be cool to have although the accuracy of her would likely make my other fnaf plushies look bad lol (that isn't to say it's a bad thing, it's saying the opposite) With magnetic Mangle though, I suppose it might be fun to try building her fixed like having her parts in the right places if possible. Maybe one day you could have an endo plush and we could combine those parts with Mangle to make some sort of three-headed monstrosity or just combine two Mangles into one.

That Shadow Bonnie hoodie at 10:52 looks phenomenal. Also I'm really glad and happy with what your doing with Mangle because you made a good point at 5:45 there's no Mangle merch (from my knowledge) that has the accurate messy design. So big props to you Lewis and Hex for doing that. (Also Hex is looking really good as well hyped to check that out new ep when it comes out)

I've seen Hex hate in so many places and I just don't understand it, the Hex plushies are genuinely the best thing to come out of fnaf merch ever imo. They're unique, they're stylized while also being true to the source material, they come in different varieties, what more can people ask for. It genuinely upsets me to see Dawko pour his absolute heart out and then someone says something rude for no reason. Everything shown off in this video looks PHENOMENAL and I'm very excited to see some more clothing and just more everything, and I'm usually never big on merch. Dawko is just as big of a fan as we are, cut him some slack and let him cook. He works his ass off so the fans can get some of the best fnaf merch ever made while also entertaining us every week. Genuinely love your work and plushies and pretty much everything Hex related. You're my favorite for a reason and what you've done needs so much more appreciation. Don't listen to those haters who have nothing to offer, listen to the people who actually care, because those who do will give you the criticism you need. Good work Lewis, I really do love every bit of what you're doing.

If you think you're releasing too many plushies that are just variations of the same 4 characters, maybe you could sprinkle in some FNAF 6 characters in each wave like Music Man or the Mediocre Melodies. It honestly might be beneficial to do this since FNAF 6 has a ton of characters, and if you are planning to do these releases in game order, you'd have like 5 waves in a row filled with nothing but FNAF 6 characters.

I would love a sun, moon and eclipse plushie. Love the concept for Mangle! Can't wait to hear more about them

I love the fnaf hex line, its so detailed, and it being it the fnaf movie is wild!

I think the "1987" design on the hoodie should be changed to just " '87 ". That would be less on the nose and fit the chaotic vibes a little more imo

5:50 maybe not a real mangle plushie, but Bizabizow made a really cute design. Maybe not hex design material, but I would totally get Ty's design if it was real😍

I'm very impressed with the Withered animatronics, nicely done so far! The copper color was a good choice too

Oooh yes the Funtimes would be awesome! If you do Funtime Freddy, maybe give him a magnetic right hand, so he can either have Bon Bon or his hand, that would be cool! Magnetic face plates would be neat too, but probably hard to pull off.

A Mangle toy that you can pull apart _and_ the Withereds! Hex is giving us what no other company has but we've been asking for, for years. One suggestion: make the thread holding the eyes in on Mangle different colors to represent the fact that she only have one eye on their main head, or only give him one eye. Remember, the fox head has the right eye and the endo head has the left _from their perspective!_ Some companies get in wrong since, in the goodbye image, they were mirrored. The fact that Nightmare Mangle has them backwards might also be confusing people. I could see someone hanging her from something metal since he's rarely ever seen on the ground.

I can't deny the quality of the fnaf plushies, but I just wish we had more updates on the regular Hex stuff. I understand the comics take a long time to make, but perhaps some sort of rough percentage of completion would be nice. Aside from that, when's the last time we had any more info regarding Friday Night Hexin'? Zodiac's theme was a bop imo and it would be a shame to let that go to waste.

Its good to see you so happy over Hex I can't wait too see it grow! Also I think it would be a good idea, since some people could lose the parts from the magnetic plushies. To just sell separate parts like an arm, leg or even their accessories. So some people don't have to buy the whole plush again. It would fit with the parts & services theme too! ❤

Hey Dawko!! I’m not sure if you’ll even read this, but I do have some feedback for the plushies, such as the toys in specific. I think having some plushies with their mouth open, eyelids and eyebrows adjusted, the plushies could have a lot more personality instead of looking “lifeless”, if that makes any sense! Big fan of hex and can’t wait to see what the future of it holds!

You put so much hard work and love into making high-quality FNAF merch for us all, and I think that's super admirable! Everything I've seen from Hex, even the unpolished prototypes, look awesome and have so much charm! Haven't bought any of the plushies yet, but I adore them all, and when a Glamrock Freddy one is made, I will no doubt be buying him! Thanks for being so passionate about these plushies and for being so kind as to listen to customer feedback on design choices! I love this. And as usual, i do still recommend trying a mid-point between sitting and magnet pricing with velcro versions of plushies so it'as cheaper but can still have the parts and service gimmic to them

I feel that the bronze metal is a bit too harshly coloured, i think it would look better if you have a subtle version of it or go silver

you could have an inset bit for where the mask magnetizes to his head (so like the face without the mask is a bit inset? you may need something a bit ridgid bit it might help? you could probably use some extra stitching to keep the firm foam or plastic on the inside in place

It’s so great to see someone who’s this passionate about this series and his work in it! I’m absolutely in love with all these new plushies especially withered Bonnies goofiness. And I just want to say I love how you really care about the fans with these like making cheaper versions that’s are more affordable and asking and genuinely taking in criticism. My only one would be mangled face me personally prefer the old one and feel the need ones mouth is fine but face is too fat. Also ps the hoodie is great and it’s amazing to finally see mature fnaf merch that doesn’t actual scream fnaf

y'know dawko, that mangle plushie kind of reminds me about that build a mangle minigame in fnaf vr dlc. very cool design.

Springmangle is the most perfect thing I’ve ever seen we must protect him at all costs also an idea I have for a wave would be the 8-bit/ minigame characters like maybe the Afton sprites or the minigame animatronics where they are based on the sprites or some of the colours are inspired and maybe they could still have magnets so you can create even more cursed salvages. One of the minigame designs I’m thinking of could be the balloon boy with the white and red colour scheme or a maybe a Fredbear where you can can design him to have a withered chica type of jaw so you can fit a small crying child plush inside. Idk these are just random wacky ideas I’ve thought of. It makes more sense in my brain

Take your time with the comics. as a comic artist myself I too have my passion story and also want it to be the best it can be. And that takes a LOT of time. Also, the Hex plushies are looking amazing. I'ma need to save up a ton of money. I also just heard your new song with apangrypiggy and you did amazing in that one, I loved your voice sm. 💙💙💙

Just had this cool thought with mangle! If you really wanted to you could say mangle is a two in one special! You could swap the head around and make an endo-hex!

These look so neat, im tempted to buy them all! Just some feedback, normal foxys torso makes his legs do an awkward split compared to withered foxy having normal looking leg, plus their hooks are different, but thats just me nitpicking. It be neat if you could sell an improvised individual piece of foxys torso to help him stand normally and another piece of his arm with his new hook. Its cool that the parts can come off so, it could be possible for future updates on the characters pieces.
