小麥澱粉是澄粉就是無筋麵粉、土豆澱粉是台灣俗稱的日本太白粉，另一種台灣太白粉，大都是樹薯粉做的

Yes you can freeze it. After wrapping the har gow, line them on the tray and freeze immediately. When cooking, boil hot water and cook the frozen har gow straightaway with extra 3-4 mins. Don't thaw it.
