For the life of me, I cannot understand or 'get' why a person shoots an animal without the intention of eating it. Trophy hunting? makes zero sense to me. Now killing a disruptive animal that's endangering humans, farm life? Yeah, I get it.

On the second video they were shooting it with bean bag rounds or rubber bullets. This is often done when releasing problem bears so that the experience will hopefully make them stay away from that area.

Seen plenty of bears in the woods. So close I could have touched one and they never bothered me. They’re not monsters but I suppose people will fear what they don’t understand so I don’t blame you, you just haven’t been around them.

The important thing is just to avoid them... most wild animals are as scared as you, as much as you're scared of them, they're not gonna actively attack human unless forced too, such as in case of mama bear protecting it's cubs. Maneater is an exception to the rules, and even then they're very very very rare to happen.

The first part of the video the number one, it seems as though the guy with the gun was standing, I could be wrong but if you're ever have a rifle, and you know a bear is charging if you have time get down to his face level on a knee best time to kneel before Christ and be for a bear charge you're at his level and then pull the trigger if you're standing and his head's going up and down as he's coming towards you there's a good chance you're shot won't be near as good and if you're low his head could be in the way or at least his vitals. Let's go Brandon!

On #3 bear the hunter shot the bear way to far back of his vital organs. Hit him near hindquarters. His 2nd shot at almost touching the bear distance he shot over the bear. Very poor hunter.

In Africa, the money earned from trophy hunting pays for conservation. Zero trophy hunting in a particular province or county and the locals simply eat all the game until there's nothing left. It is truly sad that only with the killing of animals can we ensure their survival.

I did not kill the bear....but I had chili made with black bear meat last week and saw the hide that was recovered....soooooo come again?...btw the chili was delicious...i will agree that hunting animals that are not nuisances or varmints. And purely for sport is unethical.

They eat them, skin them, and it's for general conservation. If the bear populations get out of control you won't have any ungulates around any more. You like deer? Elk? Moose? Then you have to thank hunters who go out and spend tons of time and money to kill bears to maintain a healthy balance in the wild.

Armchair quarterback everybody.....the black bear that ran straight by the hunter was hit in the vitals...what shot wasnt a good one?..Maybe the Bow? I couldn't really tell..Im not sure many bears are bang flop. Even with the best shooting and magnum rifle calibers...and as you pointed out they were pretty much point blank.

Have you ever shot an animal? Unless you hit them in the brain or spine they will most likely run after being shot. Animals are not like people, their will to live is tremendous and even with their heart shot out they can still run over 100 yards. So unless you hunt and know such things don’t comment!!!

я что то не увидел здесь ни одного медведя с ружьем,что бы было ,,ЗАХВАТЫВАЮЩЕЕ ПРОТИВОСТОЯНИЕ...,,или охотника без ружья!

Главное не оставлять раненого медведя, если выживет мало другим или этому охотнику не покажется, медведь мстительное животное, будет нападать на всех людей.
