Father Kim began the session by introducing the theme of “Mariology”. He stated that some protestants may view Catholics as worshiping Our Lady, Mother Mary . Father Kim referred to the Old Testament for the preview of Mother Mary. He explained Mary theology with " faith seeking Understanding " by St Anselm of Canterbury . He also listed all the Feast Days of Mary from our Church . Father also mentioned the discovery time period of the Dead Sea Scrolls, which was between the 1940' and 50's. During the session , Father invited attendees to raise questions and he clarified the meaning of VENERATION versus WORSHIP.
