Wow, jetzt habe ich mir das ganze Video angeschaut und auf den genialen Trick gewartet. Vielleicht war der Trick ja, wie umständlich die Silberhaut entfernt wurde. Mit einem Löffel geht das ganz einfach.

Great recipe but too long video. Instead of all vegetales chopping procedure, why not show only on one pc of each, to show hoy to slice them. I already made the recipe, so tender and preety taste.

That’s not how you remove the silver skin, try and use a butter knife at the skinny end, loosen enough to grab with a paper towel it usually comes off in one piece.
