2 жыл бұрынEmilia Wisniewski, principal designer at Studio 1NINE1, helped her clients transform their empty condo into a warm and inviting home for lounging and entertaining. Inspired by hotels across Canada, see the gorgeous motifs throughout, like slatted wall features, hidden storage and statement light fixtures. In the modern kitchen, custom blue cabinets and a curved island add character and color, while a built-in bar with a mesh door and a designated coffee nook bring an enhanced level of sophistication.

What I like about Emilia vs Studio McGee is that she’s not one-tracked. You can’t pin her down to say that is her look because her work reflects the clients’ needs.

This condo is so well designed. I love the use of color and I don't think the floors are that dark. The floors add an inviting and richness to the space. I really like how they so beautifully hid the duct work, ventilation and return. She is definitely a talented designer. Her work speaks for itself. ❤

SHE just GETS IT! I honestly kept skipping past this notification until I let it play a second and THE moment I saw Emilia!!!! I couldn't click the play button FAST ENOUGH! She needs her own Design channel or TV show!!! Even if it's against her will 😂...drag her to the production room, Lol!!!! We need to be Emeliacized daily!!!!

Nicely done in my opinion. I love the well-thought storage units. They are cleverly put in space. I don't love that the sofa is too close to the wall. It feels suffocating. The island and the dining table are space-consuming.

This is really nice & Emilia always does magic with her design! I dont fancy the dark blue but it looks so good here. I'm in the midst of finding inspiration for my new small apartment and I love the white+earthy color combo and the hotel vibe!

Lovely, unique spaces and thank God the clients said no to a white kitchen! If they hadn't, we know it would have been all white, like every H&H design. What I don't get, is removing a den and a turning the second bedroom into an office only unless the client never plans on having overnight guests.

Yes!! Emilia I agree. I hate when a room will be so designed and beautiful and there is a ugly white switch that doesn’t match the rest of the room. It’s okay to change them out people. Rant over. This is beautiful as always.

Wowwwww ww, one day when I'm rich, I know where to go for design work. Also she's hilarious. Having a coffee bar would be so nice, I have such a minimal coffee bar set up in my smaller condo (made a video on it on my channel) but it works. Having a dedicated shrine, I mean, spot for my coffee tho 😍

@Les Mad I believe what you see at 4.23, in the Living space, is a ceiling mounted S-Track. (The fabric ripples in an S-shape. This curtain hardware may have a different product name in Canada.) S-tracks are mainly used with sheer or semi-opaque fabrics - probably because of the fabric weight. A special tape is attached at the header of the curtains. This style looks elegant and timeless, and is often used to soften interiors with hard surfaces - including residential, retail, restaurants and hotels. I think there is a metal rolling ball feature, making the drapes very smooth to open and close. Your local curtain manufacturer or track hardware supplier would be able to supply more info.

I love this designer. Wish I could afford her service. 😊 Just one thing, I wonder how come there is no exhausting fan in the kitchen. If the owners love to cook then exhausting fan is a must! I would hate seeing my apartment all smoky, smelly and oily after cooking 😢

Emilia picked such a beautiful colour palette and the space looks functional! 😍 My only two comments are: 1. opening some of the doors without a handle seemed a bit challenging...this concerns both the drinks cabinet and the feature wall. 2. these espresso machines actually require more counter space, because in actual use there will be a lot of water spillage and coffee particles everywhere, even if you are very careful.
