I used to really hate driving this car but I've recently had a new found appreciation for how practical and nice it is to live with day to day (and low maintenance) ! If you are looking for a 7 seater or deciding between and MPV or SUV, definitely take a long hard look at the 2.4/2.5/3.5 Alphard/Vellfire (ANH10/ANH20/AGH30)

Yeah bought a 2.4 2010 forgot the spec but I got it for rm75000 OTR. 120000 km

Recently test driven the 2.4 with low miles on it and many will find it underpowered in the UK even unladen. Been for another test drive today in the 3.5 V6 and they are worlds apart. You need to realise that Alphards and Vellfires weigh 2 tons before passengers and luggage.

Hey bro. All good so far and still loving it! As it’s a Toyota I wouldn’t be too concerned. Just small wear and tear things that can easily be sorted!

Thanks for sharing! I never realized till recently that they seem to be quite popular in the UK too! (I've seen them being used as camper vans etc)

What do you mean with steering issues? I just bought mine in japan and waiting for shipment to germany :-)

Hi! The ANH20 has a common steering rack knock and happens to most cars at some point. You will feel it over uneven roads etc. Not sure about the latest AGH30 though. Wow. Right hand drive then in Germany? :) That's cool!

Yes the 3.5 would be really nice I’m sure as even the 2.4 feels sufficient.
