Depression, anger, and emotion are all created by evil. Evil can create emotions and thoughts to weaken your spirit, weaken your faith, and cause you to sin. It is important to know that you make your own happiness. Each day is what you make of it and how you look at it. Everything is a test of our faith in life. The moment you have a bad thought you must stop the thought and immediately pray, read the bible, and do something good for someone in God's name. You can get forgiveness for sin by going to confession. No sin is too great to be forgiven. Once you have gone to confession, your sin is absolved. It is important that you forgive yourself the moment that you are absolved and not harbor on that sin or feel guilt for it anymore. Part of forgiving is "forgetting". It is not true forgiveness if you keep feeling guilt. You have to let go of the guilt, because it is the evil holding you back. It is part of a sin chain. First you committed a sin, and then the guilt can lead to other sin like sloth, gluttony, etc. Help God help you, by forgiving yourself and blocking the evil thoughts so they stay out of your head. Only let the good thoughts fill your head to keep you healthy and in good spirits for God. Create the emotion of happiness to counteract the evil and it will be contagious to those around you. Smile and uplift those around you and don't bring them down, to include yourself. Your sadness if you let it take over can spread to others when they feel sympathy for you. This is how the evil spreads not only in sin through you, but sadness to another person who will then in turn be susceptible to sin as well. Emotions can lead to sin. Emotions are contagious. Learn all the things that uplift you that God approves of and avoid all the sins that are associated with depression.

God alone draws man to Jesus (John 6:44): God's power and spirit does all things through whosoever his power and spirit lives in. In Isaiah 44:24, the Lord thy Redeemer (God the Father) said, “I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself.” If God's power and spirit was not in Jesus, then Jesus could do nothing (John 5:30). In John 8:28, Jesus said “I do nothing of myself, but as the Father has taught me *I do these things.”* Jesus alone cannot draw man to himself unless it is agreed by the Father FIRST, for they are one in agreement in spirit, truth, and all things (John 17:22). Stop being blinded by Satan; Jesus is not God.
