Prossh is my favorite commander I have (well... tied with Neheb the Eternal) so I was really rooting for Elliot. But still a great game, excellent game you Spikey lads

yall are normally great, but i am really curious about bouncing the drannith. i understand needing to get pako out asap, but why not target ob to make jan target drannith? solves both problems and stops jan from ultimately winning.

Maybe I don't fully understand the combo, but wouldn't Jan have run out of cards to exile before he could kill everyone? Wouldn't 1 opponent be left, and then he would lose the game from Warrior's Oath??

Ob exiles, it doesn’t draw. So empty library doesn’t shut it off and you don’t lose to empty library when it triggers again

With Birgi out and my whole Library exiled there is enough 0/1 drops I could cast for free or +1 Red Mana that I can use Grape Shot to kill whoever is left alive. -Jan

If one person were left, he could attack with Ob and kill them with commander damage.

The condition for Ob Nix's counter is the 1 damage. Doesn't matter if you no longer have cards to exile.

Apparently the "deck out" rule only works when drawing. Exiling your deck doesn't trigger 'deck out'. I didn't know either until I read a comment here

Yeah, the way the "Deck out" rule works is it's actually a state based action is the game that says "If you would draw a card from an empty Library, you lose the game." So even if someone mills out all your cards, you don't actually lose until you try and draw a card! -Jan

You can continue the Ob Nixilis, All will be one loop as long as you care to. Exiling a card is not a condition for the +1/+1 count that gets put on him. Not being able to do so doesn't lose you the game or even stop the loop.

@@TheSpikeFeeders And you don't lose from not having a library, you lose from trying to draw a card from an empty library, which doesn't happen. - Makes sense, I too was confused initially.
