This version of "A change gonna come" have been sitting deep in my heart since it came out. Tina´s soul and her voice shoots right into the core of my spine - and Roberts fantastic solo pierces me every time I hear it. This is soul. R.i.P. Tina.

This is one of my favorite Tina moments, when she walks down to Robert Cray and sings to him, the energy between them was so incredible, powerful, yet so heartfelt, tender, sweet. Both monster super stars slaying this song. I Love seeing James Ralston on rhythm guitar too and conducting the ending. What a great moment this was. No matter what decade you live in, we are all praying for that change...it's coming...

This song came on Soul Town on SXM while they were paying tribute to Miss Turner. I had never heard this song before. I stopped my car, pulled over and listened to this song, while I had tears streaming down my face. Never before, and never again. How lucky were we to live in the times that she gifted us with her song.

I've heard many covers of this song, and I have yet to be even as slightly moved as I am by Sam Cooke's version...until now. Many younger singers fail to capture the gravity that this song holds, or truly understand why it was written. But Tina lived through all that too. Not to mention her voice just kills it.

After tina passed on serious satellite dedicated an entire show to her music. I have a greatest hits and the private dancer CD but I never heard this song until I was sitting in my Jeep I had to rush out and find it but no success so I ended up ordering it. It is coming from Germany and I can't wait to get it. This song really really touched me and I've heard it by many artists before but none like this. I did get a chance to see Tina Turner in San Antonio Texas. Back when she was touring in support of what's love the woman had. in my opinion? The best legs I've ever seen in my life. I'm so glad that she got the credit she deserand rest in peace. I can't wait to get my Tina live CD coming from Germany. Because I couldn't find it anywhere and it contains this song. I'm still old school. I buy cds I do not download. Rest in peace the great tina turner
