I mean, that’s kind of the same for any game tho. :O I fully agree though. :) Why even play a game if you aren’t going to try and improve on your own merits. Such a waste of time.

You can say that about any game, not just quake. People cheat for attention, fun, making people mad etc

I also think that it is wrong to do it but perhaps they have another skill which they want to become better. For example a much more important one. Programming.

personally think agent won because it was blood run. if it was awoken it would be harder… but anyways i think its a good practice for pros to fight against aimbotters. even pros can meet mechanically overwhelming players, but still can win with strats. i believe strats > aim.

After recent updates you can spot cheater because of artifact left by railgun shot. Looks like about 50% players use some cheats.

Maybe this is why I am getting my butt kicked in this game. I've been playing fps since the age of 5 and I'm 33 now and can't recall ever getting my butt kicked like I have in qc. Not saying that I'm the best out there but I'm usually better than your average Joe.

@@QCPro strange I tested several times and wasn't working but other videos were. Just tried again now and it's working. Wondering if youtube doesn't have audio ready when a video is first posted. I watched it right when I got the notification you uploaded it.

His movement is so trash. Granted he doesn't need to dodge much or move fast but still you can tell he actually sucks otherwise.

Yeah if he could strafe jump he could 20 - 0 people in like 3 minutes easy with hacks like that but that guy only walks towards his opponent. I mean unless you're trash why else would you download a cheat makes sense.

@@rednael6526 True for the majority of cheaters but I can imagine people who are semi decent getting frustrated at not seeing much improvement using cheats too.

I snuck up behind a cheater and got a pummel on them before I quit the match hehe. Rocket jumping can throw off the cheats. They have a hard time pulling it off in CA or Trinity against skilled players who can boost up high and rain down from above. You have to be aware of the timing and the distance and they will hesitate on the assault. This is much harder to do in a duel where you take self splash damage and cannot rj, pj are nj so much. It's not flawless but even one frag on them is a satisfying accomplishment. I don't stick around when they get mad though not interested nope.
