I just found you recently and really love all you do. I will disagree with something I’ve known all my life. Will be 70 next month. I Grew up with the best clothing so I learned early preppy is where it at for 85% of your wardrobe. Think the Kennedy’s. Inexpensive shoes, handbags, most accessories show and people that know can tell. The best shoes last and leather bottoms can be re-soled. My husband and a judge has 40 year old cap toe shoes 6-7 pairs that were handmade in London back in the day he still wears as he takes great care of all his shoes and has them re-soled when necessary. If you know the wealthiest law firm owners and how they dress they don’t toss anything. I don’t agree with that but buy the best and it will be your friend for a very long time. I looked and would love a show on undergarments. If I missed it I’ll look again. You are a sweetheart and do a fabulous job, I never knew stores like Walmart and Target sold clothes and even larger sizes. You dress great just splurge on some Gucci black horse bit loafers they will last and look monied for as long as you have them. A Chanel bag too but that you can save for lol!

Having recently discovered your channel, I love your taste in clothing! So far , I have purchased the Talbots navy and white sweater with the pop of orange ( love it!) and the jcrew light blue blazer. I too should have sized up but they were sold out. I kept it because I never button them anyway and perhaps in my continued health journey, it will fit better. I am apple shaped, large busted and relatively tall, 5’8”. I still am uncomfortable wearing sleeveless items and belts around my tummy but am learning from you that classic styles can work for everyone 😊

Beautiful items! The loafers looked almost like a cross between an upscale huarache sandal and a loafer. Very pretty.

Oralia, I would like to see some Capri pants or Bermuda shorts, as a plus size women, I wear them, looking for different ways to style them.. I dont wear sleeveless shirts, I don't like showing my flab in my arms, I don't think that looks appealing in my opinion. I want to wear short sleeves, but look stylish too..

So funny! I just tried on some J Crew factory shorts I received in the mail today. Two pairs of Chinos and one pleated linen blend pair. I have a plaid blazer from them and love it. You can’t go wrong with the quality and the prices. Plus they always run sales! You looked so pretty in that blue gingham dress. I’m looking at it but haven’t pulled the trigger yet🤔

Too bad those loafers only came in cognac🫤I think if they made a white or red 👍🏻👏….they do have nice different details so they are a standout shoe….the denim skirt is👏👏and the shortsleeved striped button down shirt dress( shown green& white also) again I’m surprised they didn’t have a few more pastels in it = the “ old money “ classics are light pink and lemon chiffon light yellow with white …I can recall seeing that in summer in the towns worn by girls / women ( 🙋🏻‍♀️Connecticut here- you know what towns I mean😒) …I’m gonna have to go see if I need to add some things to my spring summer wardrobe ; now🤦🏻‍♀️😖🤷🏻‍♀️lol

So, to sum up, you needed to go up a size in pretty much everything... You said the shirt dress fit fine since you went up to a 20, but from here, the bodice and sleeves looked skin tight!
