The clip was seconds long. An adult did approach her and was standing right next to her when the lifeguard told “the girl in the purple,” to leave. You don’t know where or what the parents did. Obviously there was an adult talking to her in the next frame. This wasn’t a young child and all children do stupid things. The lifeguard was correct to do what she did, I bet that girl felt embarrassed (as she should!) and it taught her a lesson. This is how children learn best, we all know every child disobeys even if they have excellent parents and are great children in general.
