In this second part of the three part series commentary on Papua New Guineas Bid to be the 18th team in the NRL, I summarise the challenges that PNG will face if we are to be the 18th team in the NRL, Papua New Guinea has many developmental challenges and a tainted image overseas, if we are to have an NRL team based in PNG than we have to find ways to lure the best players to be part of PNGs NRL side.
